Nick Scaramanga has been a property agent since 1996, managing offices and negotiating sales in the Prime Residential markets of London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
Over the years, he has worked with some of the most prestigious Estate Agency firms in the country, including John D Wood, Lane Fox and Humberts, selling exclusive homes and country estates to high-net-worth individuals. Throughout this time, he has gained enormous experience in advising clients on securing the best possible deals during shifting market conditions.
Originally trained as a Fine Art auctioneer, Nick has a flair for photography and a keen eye for design, enabling him to envisage and advise clients on the potential each property offers. In his spare time, Nick is a Life Coach and Mindfulness teacher and loves helping people optimise their performance and life experience.
