Initially we arrange a free and no obligation meeting to understand your needs.

Take a detailed brief

Assuming you are ready to instruct us to start your search, we will then take a much more detailed brief.

This might even be in your home as your existing home often gives excellent clues about your likes and dislikes as well as your lifestyles.


Contact all opportunities and prepare analysis

Using our years of experience and contacts in the property industry we start to look at both on market and off market opportunities for you. We will personally visit the best options for you and as a result will create a short list for your consideration.

From here we will analyse the value, location, the schools (if required), transport and all other essential factors including the sellers position and timings to help you further narrow down the options.


Arrange for you to visit selected properties

We will then arrange for you to visit the selected properties with us. We will be there to guide you through the house and answer any questions that you might have.

If you can’t make it to a viewing, we will provide either a video or a video call. This applies to buyers from the UK or abroad where viewings are not possible.


Negotiate best price and manage the paperwork

Once you have decided on a property we will then deal with the negotiations, the solicitors, the surveyors and any other involved person/s on your behalf.

Where possible, we will ensure that all transaction timings fit around you, our client.


Hand over

On Completion of the sale or the start of the rental term, we will collect the keys and make arrangements for the hand over, welcoming you to your new home.
