I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jason about 2 years ago, and since our first meeting, I was confident that Jason would be able to manage all of my property transactions and needs.

In the ever-changing environment of the property sector, I had been searching for an independent property agent, who not only demonstrated very high standards of professional practice and commitment but someone who also provided support, advice, direction and care.

I was, therefore, extremely fortunate to be introduced to Jason and even more fortunate when Jason agreed to act on my behalf.

We engaged the services of Jason at Rowallan, largely because we were returning from the west coast of the USA to England and knew that it was going to be hard to find the right house easily.

I am by nature a cynical Englishman, that has bought a number of houses and I did worry that it was something I just didn’t need

That said, I would like to put on record that I will likely use Jason every time I buy a house in the future …… he just removed all of the normal frustrations , he exposed us to properties we would never have seen and ultimately made it easy . His knowledge and presence in the Uk is impressive and he has a network of some of the best people … from legal to design to execution and everything in between

We told Jason in late January that we were coming back to the uk in June and wanted a property to move into ……. Ambitious I know ; yet thanks to rowallan, today, the 20th of May we have completed on an amazing property in our ideal location
